Call for volunteers

The Borough is seeking volunteers
to participate in the development of projects and
activities in various areas

Borough citizens are invited to submit their candidacy to participate in the
development of projects and activities to be undertaken by the Borough of
Outremont over the next few years. These people will contribute their expertise to
guide and enhance the development of projects and activities in the following areas
(but not limited to):

Culture Social development

Sports and leisure Parks, horticulture and
arboriculture
Urban infrastructure

During focus groups and meetings with senior administrators, depending on the
project and activity, these volunteers will be able to comment on and enrich the
various projects related to their expertise and interests during the preliminary
stages leading up to their completion. The proposed mandate is for a period of two
years.

Applicants must be Outremont residents or business operators, Those chosen will
form a group that will reflect the values of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Candidates are invited to send a letter of intent detailing their reasons for wishing
to be considered, along with their curriculum vitae, by Monday, March 28, 2022, at
4:30 p.m. The applications will be reviewed by a selection committee and
recommendations will be made to the Borough Council. Applications should be
