MANGO SALSA

                              SALMON


                           ‘Nine Days’ coming up. Satisfy your family without
          FISH
                             feeding them with junky meals. Try this one!

                                         DIRECTIONS:
         OUS        INGREDIENTS:         Preheat oven to 350.
                    4-6 slices salmon filet
                    salt                 In a saucepan, combine all sauce
         ABUL       Sauce                ingredients.
                                         Whisk until corn starch is fully
         F          1 tsp onion powder   dissolved.
                                         Cook over medium heat.
                    1/4 cup honey teriyaki
                    sauce                Simmer for 6-8 minutes, until the
                                         sauce has thickened.
                    1/4 cup honey        Wash salmon slices and pat dry.
                    1/2 tbsp cornstarch  Sprinkle with salt.
                    1/4 cup water
                                         Place in a lined baking pan.
                                         Spoon sauce over each slice.
                    Mango salsa
                                         Bake uncovered, for 10 minutes.
                    1 mango, cubed       Meanwhile, in a large bowl,
                    1 red pepper, diced  combine all the salsa ingredients
                    1/3 red onion, diced  and stir well.
                    1 jalapeno pepper    Remove the fish from the oven and
                    optional             brush with another layer of sauce.
                    1 garlic, minced     Continue baking fish for 15 more
                                         minutes.
                    1 tbsp lemon juice
                    salt and black pepper   Transfer baked fish onto a platter.
                    to taste             Top with mango salsa.
