SNACKS
These cheese snacks are packed with
delicious flavor and protein, making them
a filling and nutritious start to your day!
INGREDIENTS:
1 8oz cream cheese
1 16oz cottage cheese
1 5oz plain Greek yogurt
4 eggs
2 tsp lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Blend all the ingredients together for about
5 minutes or until the cottage cheese
becomes smooth.
Pour the mixture into muffin pans or
ramekins and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Yields: 10 cheese snacks.
(Can be refrigerated for up to two weeks.)
